Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:  Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Sourcing and Talent Mapping:  Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source candidates and build a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

  • Job Posting and Advertisement:  Write and post clear, concise, and engaging job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.

  • Interview Coordination:  Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:  Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.

  • Employer Branding:  Promote Loan Kuber as an employer of choice through effective use of social media, career fairs, and networking events.

  • Candidate Experience:  Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Reporting & Analytics:  Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.), prepare reports, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

  • Onboarding Support:  Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including document collection, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
