Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
  • HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager
  • Offer Negotiations post candidate
  • Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the
  • Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on
  • MIS & Reporting Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly)
  • Using ATS to keep track of open
  • Participate in recruiting events/drives

Requirements

  • MBA/ BBA Student or degree in Human Resource Management or related
  • Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (
  • Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection
