Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
- HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager
- Offer Negotiations post candidate
- Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the
- Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on
- MIS & Reporting Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly)
- Using ATS to keep track of open
- Participate in recruiting events/drives
Requirements
- MBA/ BBA Student or degree in Human Resource Management or related
- Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (
- Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
