Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
TA Operations & Process Excellence
Manage recruitment operations, including job postings, ATS updates, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in the ATS
Manage vendors and process payments in a timely matters
Track hiring progress, metrics and prepare reports
Identify opportunities to streamline TA processes and improve operational efficiency
Support TA projects such as process enhancements, process standardization, etc
Talent Acquisition Delivery
Support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and role fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely hiring outcomes
