Key Responsibilities:

3.Candidate Experience:
oEnsure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment

oProvide timely feedback to candidates at all stages.
4.HR Process Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and implement best
practices.
oSupport the development of recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
