This is a high-volume, call-intensive recruitment role .

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is comfortable making 80–100 candidate calls per day for sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, working with targets, and learning recruitment hands-on.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to candidates
  • Source candidates from job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Conduct initial screening calls (availability, experience, interest)
  • Explain job roles clearly to candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate follow-ups
