We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts across Sales, Operations, Corporate and Intern hiring. This role is completely focused on hiring and recruitment execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, campus and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain hiring trackers, ATS and recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback and joining
- Support bulk hiring, walk-in drives and campus hiring initiatives
