  • Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern / HR Intern
  • Purpose: To provide hands-on experience in recruitment, supporting the TA team in identifying and hiring talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Find candidates via social media (LinkedIn), job portals, and university outreach.
  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and maintain candidate communication.
  • Admin: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage candidate databases.
  • Events: Help organize job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
  • Employer Branding: Assist with social media content and recruitment marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and HR to understand needs.
