Pronto is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to help us build high-performing teams across functions.
Role Overview:
You will own end-to-end hiring for key roles and partner closely with business leaders to drive fast, high-quality recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech and non-tech roles
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
- Partner with hiring managers on role clarity, scorecards, and closures
- Ensure strong candidate experience and process discipline
- Build pipelines for critical and recurring positions
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–10 years of experience in startup or high-growth hiring
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate with speed, ownership, and structure
- Bangalore-based or open to working from Bangalore
