  • Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition charter for the India GCC.
  • Design and implement TA strategies aligned with global workforce needs.
  • Partner closely with Business and Leaders for workforce planning and capability building.
  • Drive leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and diversity hiring programs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team with strong delivery discipline.
  • Implement recruitment automation, analytics, and best-in-class candidate experience practices.
  • Monitor market trends for compensation, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting for all hiring processes.

    A successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven expertise in the Technology and Finance Hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
