Job Description
Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition charter for the India GCC.Design and implement TA strategies aligned with global workforce needs.Partner closely with Business and Leaders for workforce planning and capability building.Drive leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and diversity hiring programs.Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team with strong delivery discipline.Implement recruitment automation, analytics, and best-in-class candidate experience practices.Monitor market trends for compensation, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting for all hiring processes.The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.Proven expertise in the Technology and Finance Hiring.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
