Role Overview

Masters' Union is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run a high-impact hiring engine for a fast-scaling education institution. This role will own end-to-end hiring across academic, corporate, and leadership roles, while building systems, teams, and processes that can support high-volume, high-quality hiring at speed.

You will work closely with founders, business heads, and HR leadership to ensure hiring becomes a strategic growth lever not a support function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Design and execute a scalable hiring strategy aligned with rapid growth plans
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing TA team with clear ownership and KPIs
