Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (junior to senior levels).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
