Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (junior to senior levels).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
