Job Purpose
To source, engage, and secure top talent for mid-management level positions within the organization, utilizing expertise and experience to build successful and dynamic teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions (junior to senior levels).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes.
