Role Overview
The Manager – Talent Acquisition (FTE) will lead US Mortgage hiring delivery, manage recruiters, and own recruitment dashboards, MIS, and leadership reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end US Mortgage recruitment
- Manage and mentor recruitment team members
- Own recruitment dashboards, MIS, and leadership reports
- Track TAT, source mix, and funnel conversions
- Drive vendor performance and hiring efficiency
- Handle stakeholder communication and escalations
- Ensure recruitment governance and data discipline
Excel & Reporting Skills (Mandatory)
- Recruitment dashboards and leadership MIS
- Funnel and conversion analysis
- Pivot tables and charts
Eligibility
- 10-13 years of HR Recruitment experience
- Mandatory team handling experience
- US Mortgage hiring exposure preferred
- Strong stakeholder and reporting skills
