About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Domestic IT hiring, particularly for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, leading teams, coordinating with delivery/hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of niche and volume IT requirements.


Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely delivery for contract and permanent positions. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and team-handling skills.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end hiring cycles for IT roles across multiple clients.
  • Develop hiring strategies, sourcing plans, and delivery models.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, head-hunting, and referrals.

2. Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage a team of recruiters and ensure their performance & productivity.
  • Work closely with business development teams to understand upcoming demand.
  • Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

3. Client Coordination & Delivery Management

  • Understand client requirements, JD discussions, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders for contract staffing needs.
  • Ensure closures within defined TAT.

4. Process Optimization

  • Improve internal hiring processes and implement recruitment best practices.
  • Track metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix, and pipeline strength.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with internal and client policies.
  • Oversee documentation, vendor onboarding, and background verification coordination.


Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (preferably staffing/contract staffing).
  • Strong team management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools, and social sourcing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
