Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition (Corporate role) to lead and scale hiring for various roles specifically sales roles across India. This role will own end-to-end recruitment for frontline, mid-management, and senior sales positions, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires at speed and scale.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in high-volume and specialized sales hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:


Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Translate annual and quarterly hiring plans into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure and joining.
  • Drive hiring for various roles across all departments, specially for sales - Enterprise Sales Managers, Enterprise Service Managers, Channel Sales Managers, Channel Partner Hiring Managers etc.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across geographies while meeting hiring SLAs.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Build strong sales talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, vendors, industry networks, and proactive headhunting.
  • Develop regional sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche roles.
  • Leverage data to improve source effectiveness and reduce time-to-hire.

Assessment & Selection

  • Design role-specific job descriptions, interview frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct initial screening and behavioural interviews focused on sales competencies (solution selling, value selling, account management, negotiation).
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure structured interviews and high-quality selection decisions.
  • Manage reference checks and offer negotiations.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience across all regions.
  • Strengthen Chai Point’s employer brand for sales talent through job content, recruiter outreach, and hiring campaigns.
  • Represent Chai Point at sales hiring events, job fairs, and networking forums.

Reporting, Metrics & Governance

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source performance.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and documentation.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems.

  • Achievement of Pan-India sales hiring targets
  • Time-to-hire and offer acceptance ratios
  • Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Strength and readiness of sales talent pipeline
  • Adherence to hiring plans and SLAs


Desired Profile:


Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to Sales hiring .
  • Proven track record of Pan-India or multi-location sales recruitment .
  • Experience hiring for enterprise/B2B sales environments preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong headhunting and sourcing capability for sales talent.
  • Deep understanding of sales competencies, structures, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring without compromising quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented approach.
