Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for key functions across the D2 C ecosystem, including Marketing, Creative, Growth, Product, Logistics, and Customer Experience.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively source and engage candidates through Linked In, job portals, referrals, and professional networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS, ensuring compliance with internal HR processes and policies.
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Fraganote’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a D2 C, startup, or fast-paced environment.
Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related specialization, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
