Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets.
Client Handling: Act as the primary SPOC for stakeholders; manage end-to-end requirements and expectations.
Strategy: Drive sourcing channels and optimize recruitment processes for speed and quality.
Reporting: Track team productivity and hiring metrics.
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition.
Proven track record in leading a recruitment team.
Expertise in client/stakeholder management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Must be ready to join immediately or within a short notice.
