Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong management background to oversee talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and a proven track record of managing the full‑cycle recruitment process.
This is a management-level role focused on optimizing talent operations, ensuring alignment between offshore talent and internal hiring managers, and driving efficiency across recruitment workflows.
