Role Overview :-

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition expert with strong experience in Sales Leadership hiring for the North America region . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sales functions such as GTM, Inside Sales, and Enterprise Sales , along with hands-on exposure to North America compensation benchmarks for senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales Leadership roles across the North America region (Sales Directors, AVPs, VPs, GTM Leaders, Inside Sales Leaders).
• Partner closely with Sales Heads and Business Leaders to understand hiring needs, growth plans, and role expectations.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Sales organization structures , GTM models, Inside Sales, and revenue-led roles.
• Provide insights on North America market compensation benchmarks , role competitiveness, and talent availability.
• Drive proactive sourcing through market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct search .
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closures for senior sales roles.
• Maintain data accuracy, hiring metrics, and reporting as per TA governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Sales Leadership hiring for North America .
• Strong understanding of Sales/GTM functions, Inside Sales, and Enterprise Sales roles .
• Hands-on exposure to North America compensation structures and benchmarks .
• Ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
