We are looking for an accomplished HR professional to take up a leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and driving people strategy across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior-level hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles , including workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experience and compliance.
  • Own and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations , employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Take strategic and operational HR decisions in alignment with business and leadership objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, organizational development, and compliance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience across core HR functions.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation.
  • Proven capability in hiring for senior Tech and Non-Tech positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent, data-driven HR decisions.
  • In-depth understanding of HR compliance and best practices..
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
