We are looking for an accomplished HR professional to take up a leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and driving people strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead senior-level hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles , including workforce planning and recruitment strategy. Oversee end-to-end payroll management , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experience and compliance. Own and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Handle day-to-day HR operations , employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Take strategic and operational HR decisions in alignment with business and leadership objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, organizational development, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of progressive experience across core HR functions. Strong hands-on experience in payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation. Proven capability in hiring for senior Tech and Non-Tech positions. Demonstrated ability to make independent, data-driven HR decisions. In-depth understanding of HR compliance and best practices..
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
