Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across the organization.
  • Recruit & Manage: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Prevent Infant Attrition: Proactively identify and address the root causes of early employee turnover. Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
