- Recruit & Manage: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
- Prevent Infant Attrition: Proactively identify and address the root causes of early employee turnover. Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
