Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with strong hands-on recruitment expertise and prior experience in managing recruitment teams. The role will primarily focus on high-volume and quality hiring for Real Estate Sales roles, while aligning closely with management on hiring targets and timelines.

Candidates with prior exposure to HR consultancies, startups, insurance, loan/BFSI, or real estate sectors, and proven sales hiring experience, will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own end-to-end recruitment, with a major focus on Real Estate Sales hiring ( Sales Executives, Managers, Leadership etc.)
  • Engage with senior management and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, hiring plans, and recruitment targets
