The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy execution, and the ability to support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding
Handle hiring for leadership, technical, plant, project, and corporate roles
Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with business heads and functional leaders to understand hiring needs
Provide regular hiring updates, progress reports, and market insights
