Job Description
- Drive Talent Acquisition goals and objectives for resourcing and start-up accounts, including manpower deployment targets, recruitment strategies, processing timelines, and ATS implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design, and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions that enhance team and business effectiveness.
- Provide strategic direction for acquisition and pipeline strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and innovative employer branding initiatives.
- Advise on best practices for hiring methodologies, recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening tools, cultural fit assessments, and employee engagement programs.
- Develop creative social recruitment strategies to strengthen employer branding.
