Talent Acquisition Manager (Maternity Leave, 22 Months)

Overview

Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for high-volume hiring of Security Officers in a variety of sites and industries throughout the Metro Vancouver area. As the Regional Manager for this team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters, managing the talent acquisition budget and resources, and driving proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a strong, diverse pipeline of talent, in addition to owning the full-cycle recruitment for all salaried office roles within the region. Our ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on high-volume and professional recruitment expertise, people leadership, and data-driven decision making.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hrs
Work Location: Burnaby (Head Office)
