Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruitment operations for NAMER (North America) clients within an AI/R company structure. This role is responsible for building high-performing talent acquisition strategies to support growth in cutting-edge areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced software engineering.

You will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership, ensuring hiring excellence, speed, quality, and alignment with business goals in a highly competitive and innovation-driven market.
