Position: Talent Acquisition Assistant/ Deputy Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk and field-level hiring. The role requires hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, local sourcing strategies, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely closures and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from manpower requisition to offer roll out and successful joining.
Bulk & Field-Level Hiring:
- Plan and execute high-volume hiring for field roles through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, vendor partnerships, and local sourcing channels.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Leverage job portals, Linked In, social media, referrals, campus hiring, vendors, and direct outreach to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations teams, and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, manpower planning, and hiring timelines.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless candidate journey through effective communication, interview coordination, timely feedback, and onboarding support.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain an active database of candidates for current and future bulk hiring needs.
Employer Branding:
- Support employer branding initiatives via walk-in drives, job fairs, local hiring campaigns, and social media engagement.
MIS & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards including TAT, offer-to-join ratios, closures, and sourcing effectiveness.
Data-Driven Hiring:
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing quality, reduce turnaround time, and optimize hiring processes.
Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure adherence to company hiring policies, documentation standards, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with BGV vendors, on boarding, and HR operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–6 years of experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of field hiring channels, vendor management, and walk-in drives
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Telecom, ISP, or Field Operations hiring
- Exposure to high-volume and local market recruitment
- HR or Recruitment certifications (added advantage)
