Purpose of the Role
The Talent acquisition manager will support Enerjazz's rapid growth by independently driving end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across all functions. You'll play a critical role in shaping teams, ensuring only the right talent joins, and adopting new-age tools to make hiring more efficient.
