Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager / Recruitment Manager
with expertise in hiring for Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) or Banking, Financial
Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of
experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years focused on recruiting for Loan
Against Property (LAP) or Home Loans (HL) roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
β Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring
alignment with LoanKuberβs growth objectives.
β Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in LAP and HL operations.
End-to-End Recruitment:
β Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
β Job posting and advertisement.
β Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
β Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments.
β Offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
β Utilize multiple sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, employee referrals,
and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Stakeholder Management:
β Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and
refine job requirements.
β Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends to key
stakeholders.
Market Expertise:
β Stay abreast of trends in the NBFC/BFSI industry, particularly in LAP and HL
recruitment.
β Advise leadership on best practices for attracting high-performing candidates in a
competitive market.
Recruitment Analytics:
β Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and
quality-of-hire.
β Use insights from recruitment data to identify areas for process improvement and
enhance hiring efficiency.
Compliance and Employer Branding:
β Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
β Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen LoanKuberβs employer brand through
social media, employee testimonials, and branding campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
β Education: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field (Masterβs degree preferred).
β Experience:
β Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years
focused on NBFC/BFSI recruitment, specifically for LAP or HL roles.
β Strong understanding of the NBFC/BFSI landscape and functional knowledge of
LAP and HL operations.
β Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media
sourcing techniques.
β Soft Skills:
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
β Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects
simultaneously.
β Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights to
improve processes.
