Role Purpose
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for construction and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on timely manpower mobilization, quality hiring, and strong stakeholder coordination to support project delivery. Present Requirements is for Railways PMC projects at |Rajkot and Civil construction projects for Energy sector at Jamnagar, Gujrat
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for construction and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
Partner with Project Heads and Business Leaders to plan and fulfil project-wise manpower requirements.
Manage bulk, lateral, and project-based hiring for technical and support roles.
Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, and site-level hiring initiatives.
Ensure timely manpower mobilization in line with project schedules and delivery timelines.
