Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create sourcing strategies
  • Utilize new age sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for high volumes of hiring within specified timelines
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
