Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to engage in sourcing active and passive talent, qualifying candidates, helping coordinate initial conversations with recruiters
• Work with Interviewers and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and manage invitation process
• Work closely with recruiter to develop business acumen to understand the function, needs, and requirements when sourcing candidates
• Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing existing resources and exploring new ones to maintain talent pipelines for challenging and high volume roles
