- Partner with leadership to plan hiring strategy aligned with business needs.
- Track hiring metrics and build data-driven dashboards.
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Leverage agencies and professional networks where required.
- Contribute to campus hiring and talent branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on mobility technology and compensation trends.
