Who you are
  • Independent recruiter, career coach, community leader, or tech influencer
  • Based in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico
  • Familiar with the software engineering market (bonus if you already recruit developers!)
  • Organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
What you’ll do
  • Promote open positions from Strider to your network
  • Guide candidates to complete their profiles and apply to roles through our platform
  • Earn up to $1,000 per hire, plus a $2 bonus when developers you refer sign up and complete their profile
