  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define key competencies, and ensure alignment with business needs.




  • Employer Branding: Help build and promote LoanKuber's employer brand by showcasing company culture, benefits, and career opportunities through social media, job fairs, and other marketing efforts
