Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-Tech roles including Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong business hiring exposure within a product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networking channels.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Drive offer discussions and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
