Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager (Shared Services)

  • Develop and drive a scalable TA & onboarding strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of recruitment and onboarding specialists.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment operations, ensuring service‑quality, compliance and seamless onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Corporate HR & Business Units for workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and market insights.
  • Lead employer brand activation and deliver consistent candidate & employee experience across the region.
  • Build and enhance induction & assimilation programs for operational and corporate roles.

Drive large‑scale recruitment operations for a globally recognised organisation. Shape end‑to‑end candidate experience with strong investment in people.
