In this role, you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition Operations team in the EMEA region supporting our Experienced and Executive recruiting. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support our hiring strategy, and ensure we are delivering an outstanding Candidate Experience for talent joining the firm across a broad spectrum of roles!
This role focuses on enabling the team to deliver on core work, proactively maintaining partner relationships, and leading projects that impact the region. You will support improving our processes to continuously elevate the candidate and client experiences. You will be closely connected to our metrics and data, and will proactively share updates with key partners.
