Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, strategic talent acquisition support to the business including improving local processes, creating talent pools, and brand IPS as an attractive employer to support the hiring of best-in-class talent both from outside and inside the organization. Working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and the global TA team.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber engineering professionals across various disciplines.
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
