We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter on a 6-month contract to support high-volume and critical hiring for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles across levels. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the competitive sales talent market and can quickly build and manage a strong candidate pipeline from scratch within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer roles during the contract period. Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, events, online platforms, and direct outreach. Execute recruiting strategies to meet agreed hiring targets and timelines. Act as a candidate ambassador by managing the entire candidate lifecycle, including screening, coordination, offer negotiation, offer generation, presentation, and closure.
