As a strategic business partner, you will oversee the entire recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters or resources to attract and hire top talent. You will help develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the organisation has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to execute its business objectives.

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality talent within agreed timelines and budget, managing all stages of the hiring process from candidate attraction to onboarding. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout every step is a key priority.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and act as a trusted advisor in building a strong, capable, and agile workforce that drives organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies: This includes creating strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilising various sourcing channels, and optimizing the recruitment processes.
  • Managing Team members: Providing guidance, support, training and mentorship to other team members, enabling them to carry out their responsibilities
  • Overseeing the Recruitment Process: This encompasses all stages, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Proactively drive and manage all recruitment activity within perimeters.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders alike to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate selection. 
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations and system governance
  • Managing Recruitment Metrics: Ensure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking system and track and analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. 
  • Building Relationships: Fostering external relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, colleges, universities and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline
  • Hiring Manager Support: Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
  • Talent Pooling: Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas
  • Project and Event support: Support hiring events and candidate engagement activities.in terms of planning and coordination
  • Onboarding: Ensure effective onboarding of candidates across locations.
  • Employer Branding: Plan, organize, and execute Employer Branding activities.
  • University Partnership: Initiate & maintain university partnerships across locations to attract talent and internships.
  • Early Career: Manage recruitment and development of early-career initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in an HR related field or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with hands-on in APAC hiring.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation/Engineering being an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit during candidate evaluations
  • Your role is pivotal across all our regional & global talent acquisition efforts
  • Able to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alike
  • Effectively manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines

    Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven recruiting experience within a complex corporate environment matrix ideally multinational
  • Experience of identifying both passive and active candidates across a variety of attraction channels
  • Essential
