What You'll Do:

  • Assist in sourcing high-quality candidates for SaaS, AI, and tech startup roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activity
  • Support end-to-end hiring processes, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
  • Research industry trends and talent pools for niche startup roles
  • Help in building talent pipelines for key functions such as Product, Engineering, and Design


What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
