What You'll Do:
- Assist in sourcing high-quality candidates for SaaS, AI, and tech startup roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activity
- Support end-to-end hiring processes, including scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
- Research industry trends and talent pools for niche startup roles
- Help in building talent pipelines for key functions such as Product, Engineering, and Design
What We're Looking For:
