This exciting position encompasses Talent Acquisition, Community Building, and supporting the marketing and HR teams on broader talent initiatives. Your efforts will help make dentsu (with a strong focus on dentsu creative) the most diverse and integrated agency in the MENA region

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner for all Talent Acquisition matters within the agency
  • Manage a full 360 TA role across permanent and contract hires for creative and business functions
  • Build and maintain a pool of top talents
  • Partner closely with directors
  • Utilize multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate process and experience
  • Report on key talent metrics and identify opportunities to enhance our candidate experience
  • Support the HR team on broader talent initiatives and projects
  • tCollaborate with the dentsu PR and Marketing teams to maintain a consistent recruitment brand presence

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in the MENA region
  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation and influence capabilities
  • Expertise in recruiting technology and processes
  • Effective candidate management skills
  • Proficient interviewing skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual organizations
  • Experience hiring in Saudi Arabia is beneficial
  • Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday
