Position Overview

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will support BWXT Canada’s business by attracting and retaining top talent aligned with divisional and commercial operations priorities. You will lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across Canada and the U.S., and collaborate with external agencies, educational institutions, industry partners and Indigenous communities.
