Responsibilities: Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, supporting the Product Engineering organization.
Provide a stellar candidate experience with the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
Source using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent.
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices. Requirements: 3+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably for growing, global technology companies
