Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, supporting the Product Engineering organization.

  • Provide a stellar candidate experience with the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.

  • Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).

  • Source using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent.

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.

  • Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably for growing, global technology companies

  • 2+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred
