Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for global roles, particularly in Business Development, Growth, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and deliver timely results.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for candidates with Web3 backgrounds.
- Manage scheduling, feedback coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes to ensure a smooth experience.
- Remain flexible and contribute beyond recruiting when needed—supporting broader HR or cross-functional projects as the company grows.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech, internet, or Web3 environments.
- Prior experience hiring BD or commercial roles internationally is a strong plus.
