Talent Acquisition Partner

Smartly is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our team As a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will work to elevate and scale product and engineering teams in Helsinki and Berlin. Day to day, you will focus on full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, building pipelines, and managing candidates through the whole recruitment process.

For you to be successful in this role, we expect you to grasp and take an interest in our company culture, our domain, and understand how these factors drive and shape recruiting and employee practices. We take pride in how passionately we approach recruiting – and we want to get you onboard to make it better

Please note that the expectation is that you will work three days per week from the Helsinki office.
