Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Understand hiring requirements in detail and align with department heads
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
